Nathan P Croft 27th Annual Lorne Proteomics Symposium 2022

Nathan P Croft

My current research interests are in understanding the molecular basis of adaptive immunity to pathogenic infections. I primarily focus on the CD8+ T cell response to viruses, using mass spectrometry to identify and quantify the temporal profiles of peptides presented to the immune system and how their levels may impact upon the magnitude of the response. I am also actively involved in the application of systems biology techniques to unravel the complexity of virus transcriptomes and proteomes and to further our understanding of the virus-host relationship.
