Tawfeek Khedr 27th Annual Lorne Proteomics Symposium 2022

Tawfeek Khedr

I am a PhD student in the school of science at Edith Cowan university. My research focuses on exploring alkaloid synthesis in lupin using LC-MS/MS. I have two primary research areas. One is investigating the metabolomics levels in the plant to make sure that it is safe for food and feed. The other is to compare the proteome of different cultivars that vary in alkaloid content to identify proteins involved in the biosynthesis and transport of alkaloids in lupin.
